Disturbing footage that captures the moment that a baby is held down while apparently being given a tattoo has sparked outrage online.
The video which was reportedly filmed in Vietnam shows the child barely struggling while a man inks a design on his tiny chest.
The boy is held down by a woman's hands throughout the two-and-a-half minute video but doesn't cry at all.
Kicking his legs and looking bewildered the boy looks on as a needle buzzes and a picture of a cartoon character emerges.
But on hundreds of angry Vietnamese Facebook users have slammed the video saying it depicts "abuse"
Chau Tran wrote: "This is disgusting, his parent need to be found and put in jail."
Trần Ngân said that Vietnamese police should be hunting the tot's parents.
She wrote: "The only people who could do this are are animals - they are lucky this doesn't give any details about their address. I hope the police are informed."

Tran Trang wrote: "God this is so cruel - why would you do this?"
But not everyone believes the clip is real.
Nh Ng Nguyen wrote: "No way this is real - it is a needling piercing the skin, the child would be screaming."
Another wrote: “It’s just a stencil. If this was real the baby would be crying.”
